I cut my challenge soap yesterday morning. I'm happy with it! The tip I learned is to be sure that you dip down to the bottom of your mold as you swirl.

My entry (hopefully) is tucked away in gel phase. I enjoyed trying this, and my curiosity is piqued to see how it'll look once cut. I found this video helpful in showing one way to swirl with a spoon.

I found this bar in use that better shows the crackly look.

The second layer of this soap has reminded me of turquoise. The glycerin rivers don't show up incredibly well in this picture, but they gave the layer a crackly look. I used a high percentage of chrome green pigment mixed with micas, if I remember correctly.
