I'm over here in VA giggling while catching up on this thread 😁 I haven't soaped much this year, but today I bit the bullet and made 3 batches back-to-back. It felt really good! And with the time change tonight, I have an extra hour to cut it in the morning!

I feel so disconnected from soaping! Life's been packed with other things, and soaping has gone on the back burner for too long. I intended to soap today, happened to look at SMF, and thought this challenge looked manageable. So here I am :)

Made soap today for the first since April. I felt so out of practice that I was nervous to try! All went well, and I've already cut it, around 5 hours later 🤫 Despite a few air bubbles and some soda ash, I'm relieved to find that it turned out nice. The fragrance is lilac.
