I believe that 100% CO eill give you a nice white bar. What kind of OO are you using? I find that when I use EVOO, my soaps tend to have a greenish tinge to them. Perhaps you could try a 100% CO 20% superfat. A lot of people seem to like the qualities of that. HTH ETA: I've also read...

JMHO, but I would leave the coffe bean butter for topical leave on applications because of the cost! It is an emulsion of hydrogenated vegetable oils and coffee arabica oil so I am not sure what if any properties including scent would carry over after saponification.

Nice looking soap for your first try I'd say. I wish mine looked like that! I'd say maybe you got a partial gel. But if it passes the "zap" test, then it is done no matter how it looks. Have fun hunting for new molds!

Two more days and I get to order my molds!!!!! I am so itching to get them already! Yes you can freeze GM. I would suggest that you freeze it in ice cube trays on a scale. That way you are able to make each cube weigh the same. Just easier when measuring out I would think.
