newb here- wouldnt adding puree'd fruit or veg make soap spoil super fast? also, would putting said fruit or veg through a dehydrator to basically take out any water content be advantageous? make it spoil less fast?

i have seen soap ingredient lists such as- 'saponified oils of olive, palm, coconut, castor oil, jojoba oil, peppermint essential oil' i mean, technically that IS what s in the finished soap, right? but i still think its dodgy to not put lye on the list.

dishwasher soap residue was my first thought, but im a newbie so i am def not a reliable source!

just a quick question about using herb/spice powders- after curing CP for 4-6 weeks, can you still smell them or are they only used for natural colouring? turmeric, sage, rosehip powders are what im mostly wondering about...
