I know I am so pleased ~ I tried a few other companies and was not so impressed. Have you tried the southern soapers amber sandalwood?? that's the one I want to do next, smells divine in the bottle!

how much aloe vera could you use in place of the water?

anyone know where you can buy pine tar? I have been searching on line but not having any luck.

oh yes, I also used chai tea for my water which could have been the discoloration ~ either way I love the deep brown color, goes perfectly with the scent!

I just got my order, These smell fantastic, Better than the other places I have tried. Used the Chai Tea one and WOW so good ~ discolored to a deep brown, but I also used 1tbsp of vanilla bean powder so that could have done it to ~ I can't wait to do another one with these FO's ~

Hi there ~ I have some soap I want to rebatch ~ it's already been curing for 3 weeks, If I rebatch it ~ does it need to cure another 4 weeks, or just a week from the original cure time?? Anyone know?

I used a fragrance oil called sapmoss from magestic mountain sage ~ I loved the shampoo from aveda and the scent was supposed to mirror it ~ well IT DOESN'T ~ it turned out smelling like Play dough ~ YUCK ~ so i already rebatched it once and tried to add tea tree and peppermint EO'S~ but...

I made a batch of lovely soap last night ~ that has 84oz of oils, 30 oz water, and 12oz lye ~ I used 1.5 oz lemongrass EO, 1.5 oz Grapefruit EO, and 1 oz Lime EO ~ for a total of 4oz EO's ~ It smells AMAZING~ but very strong ~ and I am worried that I did too much oil and it might be irritating...
